John P. Lichtenegger,
is a graduate of the University of Missouri, Columbua, School of Law; he was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1972. He is also licensed in the United States District Court and United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Lichtenegger's practice is concentrated in the areas of Commercial and General Corporate Law, Workers' Compensation, Real Estate and Estate Planning.
He served as a Curator of the four campus University of Missouri System from 1985 to 1995, serving as President in 1992 and 1993.
Mr. Lichtenegger has received the Citation of Merit from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. In addition, he has received numerous citations and awards for his service to the University.
He is a member of the Law Society of the University of Missouri School of Law. He has served as a lecturer for continuing Legal Education programs for the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and Missouri Bar and the Unversity of Missouri Extension Council.
He is a member of the Missouri and Cape Girardeau County Bar Associations.
Chris N. Weiss,
is a graduate of the University of Missouri, Columbua, School of Law; he was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1988 and the Illinois Bar in 1989. He is also licensed in the United States District Court and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Weiss' practice is concentrated in the areas of Social Security, Workers' Compensation, Real Estate, Estate Planning, Probate Law, Litigation and Personal Injury.
He has served as President of the Jackson Roary Club, Treasurer of the SEMO District Fair, University of Missouri Extension Council and Farm Bureau Board of Directors.
He taught Agriculture Law as an adjunct professor at Southeast Missouri State University. He has a Master's Degree in Agriculture from the University of Missouri.
He is a member of the Missouri and Cape Girardeau County Bar Associations.
Scott Fetterhoff,
is a graduate of the University of Missouri, Columbua, School of Law; he was admitted to the Missouri bar in 1990. He is also licensed in hte United States District Court.
Mr. Fetterhoff's practice is concentrated in the areas of Domestic Relations, Bankruptcy, Creditors' Rights, Criminal Defense Corporate Law, Real Estate and Estate Planning.
He is a member of the Missouri and Cape Girardeau County Bar Associations.
