 Approximately 860 acres of beautiful forests, fields, lakes and streams located in Madison and Bollinger County, Missouri.  Lake is estimated at high water to be approximately 30 acres.  The lake is built on Trace Creek, a stream that carries water year round.  The stream and lake are fed from numerous springs.  During the 2007 drought the lake itself never ceased to discharge water in to Trace Creek.  A smaller two to three acre lake is also located on the property.    In addition, the main house has a deep well and there are several shallow wells also located on the property.

 Springs, fields, streams and lastly the lake dominate the geography of this farm.  Three thousand acres of watershed and a stream that runs year round is a unique feature of this property.  Water is readily available from several sources including the lake itself.  Wather discharges from the lake year round.  In addition,  numerous springs and shallow wells are located on the property.
 
 

 The lake is a dominating feature no matter the time of day or year.   Stocked with bass, bluegill and catfish and a haven for migrating duck and geese as well as a gathering place for deer and other game.
 
 Interspersed with the forrests are fields, pastures and wetlands.
